How to get your order status and logistics tracking
Checking your order status:
First of all, it is recommended that you register an account in SUITMENS, then click “Account” in the upper right corner of the website.Then log into your account to view your recent order history, or you can click “View Your Order” on a notification email we sent you, it can easily jump to the corresponding order details page to view the corresponding information.
For each order you can see:
- Order details such as your order number, order date, total price and included items.
- Shipping information, including the package’s tracking number and shipping carrier.
Your order may take the entire estimated shipping time to arrive. We will do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives by the promised date, including adjusting shipping methods if necessary. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your order delivery address, tracking number, and shipping carrier.
NOTE: We will process your order as quickly as possible to ensure you receive it within the specified delivery time. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact [email protected].
Sometimes, high demand may cause us to run out of certain items. If we do not have the item you ordered in stock, we will notify you by email immediately so you can replace it with another product.
Tracking Packages:
You can click “My Order” and then the “View” to find the “Tracking” button, just click it to get the package logistics information and tracking number. You can also click “Track Your Shipment” through the delivery notification email, and it can jump to the corresponding logistics details page.

For each order, you can check the order details and shipping summary. If you click “Track Your Shipment”, but fail to check the logistics status of the corresponding order. You can use the tracking number to check on the following website:

In some cases, We may ship one order in multiple packages.When we do this, you can contact our customer service to get the tracking number of other packages, please don’t worry, we will definitely send all the products to your home. Even if we choose to ship your order in multiple packages, you will only be charged once.
NOTE: The carrier provides a detailed route for your delivery and has the most up-to-date information. However, If your package does not arrive within the specified shipping time, please feel free to email: [email protected], our customer service team will reply you as soon as possible.

SUITMENS will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to peak selling season, invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, and public holidays. Import taxes and duties:
The tariff is paid by the customer. Mexican customers are charged 2% tariffs at checkout, and Saudi Arabian customers are charged 7% tariffs at checkout. Other countries and regions do not need to pay tariffs for the time being.
For Example:
1) After you placed an order for a set, the processing period is taken 5-10 Business Days to process your order from the date your order is placed. Before all parcels are delivered to the logistics company, our warehouse needs to do an inspection and disinfection for each parcel strictly.
2) Shipping time takes 10-15 Business Days normally. Then the buyer will receive the parcel in 15-25 Days.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please offer the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us via at [email protected] as soon as possible.
3) You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support( [email protected]) within 15 days after your order was placed. Please note that late requests may not be accepted.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing/delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Valentine’s Day). For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur in case of pending payment authorizations.
Delivery time is not guaranteed for standard shipping. The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.
For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. For shipping outside the United States, you might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address where someone is available to receive the package during business hour.
How can I get my track&trace code?
Every customer will receive their track&trace code automatically, once we have your order ready for shipping. The track&trace code will be sent to your Email, which you filled in our system. In some instances, the carrier’s tracking information may be available in 2-3 business days after the order is shipped.
Will my package be delivered to my house or to the post office for me to pick it up?
Your order will arrive at your house. Some cities/regions/countries may not provide door-to-door service, though this is rare.

Why do I have to pay the standard shipping cost for my order?
In general, the free standard shipping fee is only applicable to orders with an amount (Order Amount=total item price + tax – marketing discount (including coupon code), which is over US$99.00, otherwise needs to be paid shipping fee based on the amount.

Return & Refund Policy
RETURNING & REPLACEMENT & REFUND
- At SUITMENS , customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
- Our dedicated QC and QA teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart(s) on the product page.
- At SUITMENS , returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. So, we’ve got you covered! Please Contact US within 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process.
RETURN PROCESS
1. EMAIL US
– Contact Us(Email: [email protected]) and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
2. TAKE SUGGESTIONS
– Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you with the detailed instructions.
3. RETURNS THE GOODS
– Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through local post office.
4. REFUND OR EXCHANGED
– Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.
PLSPAY ATTENTION:
- 1. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first via email ([email protected]).
- 2. Any addresses on the parcel are not the return address, please must contact customer service team to provide you a correct return address.
- 3. Order Returned without an authorized return address from customer service staff will not be refunded.
- 4. Clearance products do not support return and exchange. (For example, an page or collection named with “Clearance” or a product with “Clearance” in the title)
ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNED/REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING MUST FOLLOW THE CRITERIA AS BELOW:
- 1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
- 2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
- 3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 14 days of receiving.
- Contact our Support Center(Email: [email protected]) as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations. If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
- 1. Items outside the 14 days warranty time-frame.
- 2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
- 3. Items under the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie are not covered by the warranty.
RETURNS
- 1. Please Contact Us within 14 days starting from the day you have received your order.
- 2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, pajamas, swimwear and accessories.
- 3. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- 4. We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
REFUNDS
- 1.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount in 7-15 days.
- 2.If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
- 3. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping costs for the returned packages are non-refundable. SUITMENS cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any cost not paid to SUITMENS. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
- 4. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & ADDRESS
- 1. Please be sure to contact our after-sales customer service to get the specific address of the return!
- 2. All shipping cost are at the customers expense. This includes shipping cost for a return or exchange. Shipping cost are non-refundable. We kindly recommend you carefully check the size information and confirm all your order details before placing the order from courier.
- 3. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping cost. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before making payment. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected]. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped.

1. More than 12 hours after placing an order, cancellation of the order will be charged an order processing fee of 20% of the order amount.
2. Cancellation orders will not be accepted more than 7 days after the order is placed.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
